1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the Orelva Labs website: the company and product-hub site you are reading now. The site is operated by Not yet published, whose full details are set out in the Impressum.

They govern use of the website itself. They are not a purchase contract and do not govern the use of any Orelva Labs product. See section 7.

2. About Orelva Labs

Orelva Labs builds small, focused software tools. This website presents those tools along with concepts and experiments at earlier stages.

What the site shows is at different stages, and the labelling reflects that. A product described as launching is built but may not yet be purchasable. Anything shown under In the Lab, including the German Letter Decoder, is a concept being explored and has not been built. Experiments are research. Nothing on this site should be read as a promise that a particular tool will be released, or released in a particular form.

3. Information on this website

We aim to keep the information here accurate and current. Even so, product descriptions, availability, pricing and the status of experimental concepts can change, and parts of the site may be out of date at any given moment.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for injury to life, body or health, or for intent or gross negligence, and nothing affects your statutory rights.

4. Intellectual property

The Orelva Labs name, the design of this website, its text and the original software behind it are protected by copyright and other rights to the extent applicable law provides. Please do not reproduce substantial parts of the site without permission.

Third-party names and trademarks referred to on this site belong to their respective owners. In particular, WhatsApp is a product and trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. Orelva Labs is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or otherwise connected to WhatsApp or Meta. References to WhatsApp describe the file format that Chat to PDF reads and nothing more.

5. Links to other websites

This site may link to services operated by other people. Those services have their own terms and their own privacy practices, which apply when you use them. We have no control over their content.

6. Acceptable use

Please do not:

• interfere with the operation or availability of the website
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any system behind it
• use the website for any unlawful purpose

7. Product-specific terms

Individual Orelva Labs products may have their own terms of use, their own privacy information and, where a product is sold, their own purchasing and consumer terms.

These website terms are not the purchase contract for any product. In particular, they do not govern the purchase of Chat to PDF. Purchase terms for Chat to PDF, including the consumer information required for a paid digital product, will be presented separately as part of that product's checkout before any payment can be made.

Where product-specific terms differ from these website terms in relation to that product, the product-specific terms govern that relationship to the extent they say so.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the website changes, for example when a product becomes purchasable. The current version always appears on this page, with the date it was last revised shown at the top. Changes apply going forward, to use of the site after they are published.
